Looks so delish! May i know what is rice milk?

Faith, it's a dairy milk alternative. It's made with rice, and it can be used in place of milk. However this recipe can be made with regular milk, and regular bread crumbs also. I don't drink milk so I had rice milk and in the fridge, so I used it :)
But regular milk or soy milk would work just as well :)
