I did those a very long time ago. My guess is that I used the PME quilting tool, hm it may be the FMM quilting tool. I'ts just a plastic tool that you just press onto the fondant ;) and voila you've got quilting.

Hi Nati. I've recently started cake decorating, and found both your website and blog. I have to say that I love your stuff. Anyway, I found some super cute fondant topped cupcakes on your website, with line imprints. One of them specifically had yellow fondant, line imprints, edible gold pearls, and a tiny red heart in the middle. I'm wondering how you went about imprinting the lines? I made a cake the other day and used the edge of my icing spatula, and it didn't work. I had to press too hard, and it cut thru the fondant. I would appreciate any tips. Thank you!

I am sure that the palmiers were ever so much more delicious with the passionfruit curd. That sounds just amamzing, like a classic and very classy desert in a 3-star resto...

I love all the sleek and artful jars that you used to bottle your curd and beautiful extracts. In my imagination, I can smell their exquisite aromas...you are indeed very artistic and talented cook and foodie...you perfectly blend art and food.

This is such a stunning and simple dessert...it looks delicious but here there are not the same fruits in season...but I will substitute what is in season here...merci for sharing this.
I love making puff pastry and will use this recipe soon.

How are you Nati?!! Your recipes sound and look very good!!! I'll have to try them sometime.

I would also like to incorporate more vegan meals into my diet. I don't think I can totally give up animal products, but I would love to cut down on them. Plus with my granddaughter very allergic to eggs, so I've been experimenting with recipes for her.
